How does a Sally's card work? ›

Sally Beauty doesn't require a trade card. However, if you want to shop trade you should apply for a card with Salon Services, our trade site. The Trade Card allows you to shop our trade prices and well as restricted access products and brands, to make sure our professionals can access professional products.

Sally Beauty has a Love it or Return it Policy that covers hair color. You may return your new, used or empty hair color containers with receipt dated within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.

You can return products to Sally Beauty Supply Store locations up to 60 days from the date of product delivery. After 60 days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty information. View manufacturer contact information.

Clipper and Trimmer Sales are Final Clippers and trimmers are all sales final. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued in-store on clippers and trimmers that are unused, in the original packaging, and with a receipt purchased within the last 60 days.

Sally Beauty™ Rewards Credit Card Accounts are issued by Comenity Capital Bank.

You may use your Account to make purchases anywhere the Card is accepted. If your Card has the logo of one of our network providers (e.g., American Express, Visa and Mastercard), you may use your Account to make Cash Advances. You may request Cards for Authorized Users.

Cosmetics purchased in-store

The product must clearly be sealed or unopened, in a sellable condition, and returned as sold in its original, undamaged packaging.

Orders placed before 4 p.m. will be delivered the same day within 2 hours. Orders place after 4 p.m. will be delivered the next business day, within two hours of your local store's opening time. Some deliveries may not be eligible for same day due to delivery address, holidays, weather or other delivery constraints.

Returns are available for nearly everything Walmart sells. Your purchase history on Walmart.com displays the latest eligible date for a return or replacement, however, we recommend keeping track of all manufacturer packaging and your receipt for a minimum of 90 days after purchase.

Can you return hair dye to boots? ›

You can return any unwanted item(s) to a Boots store within 35 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement free of charge. We can only replace like for like item(s). Medicines, food, personalised gifts or cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they're faulty.

Standard returns policy is 28 days for online orders. Your return may be rejected if items fail to be in a resalable condition. Items must be in their original condition and include all tags.

Sally Beauty UK sells hair and beauty products to anyone regardless of skill level or profession. However, if you work for a professional or freelance business or are in training, Salon Services provides exclusive trade only prices, promotions and products when you sign up to our trade card.

Sally sells to both consumer and professional customers—including hair stylists and hair, nail and skin salon owners—from the same location. Retail customers like buying from the same place as beauty professionals, and are intensely loyal to Sally.

How does the program work? You'll receive a $5 reward certificate for every 500 Points you earn. Every $1 you spend equals 10 Points.

If a qualifying purchase is not made within 12 months, all accumulated Points expire. Points will post to your Member Account within approximately 72 hours from the time of in-store purchase. Bonus Points may take longer to post to your account.
