You MUST have a medical card to get through the door. Small detail they left out. I could only rate it 1 star because there is no 0 star choice. I drove there on a dedicated ride, only to find out that they don't have or participate in recreational products. I was very disappointed in them for not advertising that only people with a $300.00 doctors medical card are allowed inside. Very inconsiderate owners. Boo Hiss I will never shop there, even if they do decide to go recreational. Thumbs down.

Everything Great. But i will say this now if you guys go recreational i think it will be a bad idea ive been to the cultivate one and what a disaster it was medical parking 15 mins away to walk to get medicine so not acceptable and with the small location i dont see it being good.Stick to medical Please.

I stopped into there place of business. I bought 5 Cartridges which are .05. They weren't FULL all they way. I used 1 cartridges in 1 week, brought it to there ATTENTION. They said it had an Air Pocket. And I Showed them ANOTHER .05 Cartridges I bought from Revolutionary Clinic in Sommerville And it SHOWED a Small Buddle, And There's Is Big. They WOULDN'T FIX THEIR PROBLEM. DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY CHEAP YOY ON YOUR PRODUCTS

bright and clean. the staff was super friendly and helpful, nice selection and the prices are decent. there is a 20% new patient discount and I really like the points system where you earn discounts. I can't wait to try the online ordering.

I have never been so disappointed with a company that doesn’t appreciate their customers. I placed a order on line at 9 am left to run errands 3 hrs later I went to their Oxford store were I ordered and they didn’t have my order and in fact sold my order at 10 and never contacted me. Of course the rude staff blamed their computer. If you can’t get your act together I will take my business elsewhere as well as my friends and family who told me about you. This makes twice this has happened. If I ordered something from you and you give a Confirmation number then that sale and the confirmation number is your company Guarantee the order is there your inventory should keep track of the sales and not give the confirmation number if you can’t fill the order . That’s good customer service. It’s bad customer service to tell your customer to leave the store if you don’t like what happened after a hour drive to get there. Fix your system or take it down . I will be sure to spread the word how this store manager is so rude and has no customer service experience

The employees here at Curaleaf are so patient & informative. I left there with with the knowledge of the product that I purchased and with not like another number. They treated me like I was their friend not a customer & I have gone back since. Definitely the best dispensary around!

At one time, Curaleaf Oxford published all of the cannabinoid compositional data for their products. This information is essential for medical patients seeking products containing minor components helpful for their specific ailments. Now they went through their site and DELETED much of this data. Bad enough that they apparently won't publish all of this data any longer, but really, they DELETED information too. It wasn't necessary because the data wasn't confusing or anything like that; when someone clicks on a link called 'test results', they expect to see numbers! Thus, until they correct course, I'm giving Curaleaf a bad review. Easy to fix. Too bad, they were publishing more data than almost any other dispensary.

The staff is great and the selection is great but bought an ounce and about 80% were pebble nugs and the price didnt change. I called to let them know that I was unsatisfied and they offered me 10% off of next purchase. Not happy probably wont be going back.

Ok so this is my first review of a dispensary (I plan to leave positive reviews on some other dispensaries in Boston, since I now have a profile). However, I need to comment on my experience at this location. There is a man that works here that talks my ear off every time I go here. It makes it an anxiety inducing experience, as I feel trapped and impossible to have an in-out/on-the-go experience. He consistently treats me like it’s my first time at a dispensary/smoking. I’ve been consuming around 2-3 grams of cannabis per day for around 3’years now; i’ve been consuming cannabis for around 8yrs. All the more, he becomes defensive when I attempt to get a word in? To communicate what I want? I can’t help but reason that he either has a screw loose, or I am being talked down upon because I am a women. Not sure, but I won’t be coming to the Oxford location anymore bc he makes my experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Sorry I had to leave this, but I feel the need to say something. The product here is very good, and excellent prices/deals!!

They ruined their damn point system spend $20 get a dollar off wtf RETURN BACK TO THE OLD POINT SYSTEM WHERE YOU WOULD BE REWARDED FOR JUST ENTERING THE PLACE or Curaleaf will fall like Good Chemistry

I love this place. The people are very knowledgeable and helpful. They answer any and every question. I don’t feel rushed and I love their suggestions. I don’t need any other shops. They have all I need.

I have shopped here several times. They have great quality products and good prices. They send me a text with the daily deal which is very helpful to keep my costs down. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and welcoming. I will definitely shop here again.

Curaleaf in Oxford, MA is the BEST!Their products are better and very reasonably priced compared all the other 4 MMJ PHARMACIES that I have tried in Massachusetts!Their customer service and advocacy is above and beyond all others; I highly recommend giving them a try. It’s worth the drive (if not in the area), better specials, discounts, deals and the new patient discount is available on top of other discounts you’re eligible for every visit~💯% my favorite place~I WILL BE BACK‼️

Medical patient, first time patient. Usually I go to NETA in western MA, but Curaleaf was local (same town I live in) so I figured I'd finally give it a try! The Veterans cannibas Project is great, and I'm glad they continue to support other local businesses and people. I have asthma so i tend to rely on edibles for my medical needs. i was excited they had gummies and sweet tarts. When I got home I opened up the gummies... I was extremely disappointed! They are hard and very chewy, almost like they were stale, the taste and texture was almost unbearable, but I ate it. The sweet tarts were just 'ok' I decided to contact them on facebook through private message! I waited all day for a response on their return policy for medical patients and not a peep, even after the message shows that they have seen and read my inquiry. Their products are inferior to NETA products and Cultivate products. Since their products are inferior and they don't respond to customer inquiries, I wont be visiting them again, I will gladly drive an hour for better product and services!

I’ve been to Curaleaf 2 times now, both times the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is easy to find and has plenty of parking. I tried the “Chupacabra 85” flower today and it is by far one of the most uplifting and mood elevating flower I’ve had. Very good quality. Prices are great as well.
