Knowledgeable team, friendly, comfortable environment. They never laugh at my silly questions, and answer them with a smile. Cheapest pricing in the webster/dudley area that I know of. Rewards points, easy parking and entrance.

I love this place and all the people employed there. They are courteous and friendly, and they are extremely knowledgeable of their products. Very welcoming. I would recommend them to everyone

Today I was disappointed because I pre ordered a product but after driving an hour (It is worth the drive.) I was told that product was not on the floor today but it would be tomorrow. So I took one star away. The remaining 4 are for the awesome employees that you have.

Went in expecting to be happy like I usually am, and asked for them to transfer Hazmat from Rec to Medical and was denied and given the excuse that a manager who wasn’t even present or able to be contacted made the rule. I’ve had product moved hundreds of times and it’s in my transaction history. If I could give zero stars I would because I’ve been shopping here for a year and the staff constantly changes but never the attitude and service…until now. Denying someone their medicine goes against everything the medical weed community aims to do. This shows that they don’t value the health or happiness of even returning customers (not that they recognize me or care) from now on I will know better than to support a conglomerate of people living paycheck to paycheck and terrible across the board communication. How can I know what the medicine is that I’m using and if it’s safe if there is no transparency between the staff between both themselves and the customer.

Out of the 20+ times I've been here. Every transaction is smooth and easy. The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Along with some good deals. My favorite dispensary in New England

Website says 40% off for 100 percent disabled veterans however u need to go through an admin hurtle, so don’t count on getting any discount veteran or disabled veterans when going here. Don’t even ask because they’ll get disrespectful as soon as u ask for it and laugh at u

Never again. Worst dispensary that I have been to in Massachusetts. They only have mediocre products at best, and their disposable vapes that they sell are unreliable. The workers are incredibly slow and this place should be embarrassed of themselves. I used to go to this place for a couple of years now (here and there) but I will never come back to this dispensary.

I've been a longtime, very frequent, patient at the curaleaf oxford location. Twice now they have had misleading sales that ended up costing more than expected. The first I let go because I otherwise love the place. Most recently, though, an ounce price break was advertised but was not applied. My caregiver picked up so I did not know until I received the order. I called so I could make plans to return the flower and purchase another brand but I was told that even though the manager agreed the ad was misleading, that they do not take returns except for defective product. Beware of their poorly worded "Special Offers"

They will definitely have the best prices around, so I still recommend them, but lately theyve been inconsistent.This is the third time I’ve visited since being back in MA and I got different info every time. First time I asked if LR carts were included in a sale and I was told “its anything”. Second time i returned they told me they are not included but to “come back tomorrow” for a sale that includes them. When i return the third time on that day I’m told they are not included. I understand things happen and sales do change so I’m not saying its all their fault, but I shouldn’t have to call ahead just to verify information I was given *by you* is actually correct for today.I saw the worker there who told me the incorrect information yesterday, but didn’t feel comfortable putting them on blast on the spot like that.Employees need to be given information in a better way.Prices are still good here though generally

Great staff, great products their grassroots line is especially great, and the new line they just started is actually amazing quality, and fairly priced. FIND line is the low cost great quality products I'm very picky with flowers and the find quality is definitely worth the amazing low prices I would post photos but not allowed photographs within the facility

How I was spoken to was so rude I will not repeat. Was an issue with an online order that wasn’t there then magically was. The other employees were in fear of how this one employee acted. Will definitely be contacting BBB for the way I was treated.

Everytime I go the staff is rude. Today I went for the redline deal and asked “I need an indica for 20$.” I was told that redline was the only option, so I said okay that’s fine, I just need one that’s been packaged recently. Dude got it for me and added it to my order. When I got to my car and looked at the receipt I saw that it wasn’t on sale nor was it the redline. So when I went back in he threw my words in my face. “You asked for an indica and redline is a sativa” I told him that he knew what I meant and that ripping people off isn’t okay. Him and his coworker argued with me about it instead of just apologizing. Never once did he say it wasn’t the right thing that wasn’t on sale. He just added it to my order knowing that I couldn’t return or exchange it. Absolutely disgusting and I recommend if you buy from here you only place online orders and don’t interact with staff.

An out of the way dispensary with good prices and so far quality accepted...

I am a care taker. Site clearly lists the following:Curaleaf & Grassroots Mix & Match Tiered Flower Pricing:Curaleaf:3.5g for $40, 7g for $70, 14g for $120, & 28g for $200Grassroots:3.5g for $45, 7g for $80, 14g for $140, & 28g for $240You can NOT mix and match these grower strains as stated. This deal is improperly written.It seems impractical to force your patients OUT of buying your house grows and into only purchasing grassroots or forgo the deal.It's an opportunity to prove the quality of your in house selection and these poorly written deals make it hard for caretakers doing pickup as price markdowns are done at pickup.

I have been to this Curaleaf at least 6-7 times in the last 3 months and WOW the staff here are phenominal in every situation that could arise. Every visit has been a great experience. I will never use another franchise as long as they are here. Awesome store, I would HIGHLY recommend this location to all who partake in natures medicine. Happy 4th everyone and be safe!!!

If i couldve left no stars i wouldve, called about lack of product for medical,and was told because medical was 25% off ur only intitled to 1/8 of bud or 1/4 of shake. Then Wendy continues to tell me it works out better this way, not sure where she learned math cause it doesn't work out better when 1/2 Oz is gonna cost $134.00 and an Oz on rec side cost$ 140.00. This will make me not go here anymore..

Staff is wicked rude came out screaming at me when I had showed somebody the cool packaging of something I purchased. Not giving away my “medicine” as the not so kind lady screamed at me across the parking lot. Definitely will not be going back here and will spend my hard earned dollars at a place that actually has good products and even better customer service.

WOW as a Massachusetts medical marijuana license card holder since. 2016 nothing was even open and Dispensaries were hard or far to find. I liked NETA Northampton. 1st disabled, HANDICAPPED. To long of painful drive. Finally found a nice Dispensary. Closest to home 5 stars. Problem I was told FALSE INFORMATION. THAT IT WAS NON MEDICAL SALES. TOOK a drive stop post office Friday evening. I had nothing to lose. Stop in Curleaf small old building. Went in polite, friendly, clean little. Dispensary like a small office building. Sorry about the staff Forgot all your names. To many TBI that's Sever brain injuries. They had Curleaf products. AWESOME FLOWER, PREROLLS, & EDIBLES. PRICE WAS BEST AROUND PRODUCTS ???? GREAT. I FOUND MY NEW FAVORITE MEDICAL MARIJUANA LICENSE DISPENSARIES. ???? PLACE FOR MY MEDICAL ISSUES. I WILL BE A RETURN CUSTOMER. MY NEW GO TO PLACE. I WILL ALWAYS TRY NEW PLACES. Specifically went because the website says they sell prerolls at 4 for $30. When I got to the counter they said 'sometimes' they have 4 for $30 prerolls.Otherwise they're $15 a piece. That's literally a 100% price increase as opposed to what is advertised.Will not return.

While the products are in line with other dispensaries, and the atmosphere is okay, there is one cashier in particular but several that are incredibly rude regularly. It does not seem like I'm the only person who's noticed this. You don't have to say anything rude to be rude. You can be rude just by being rude with your actions and she is a master...Just because this is the only local dispensary doesn't make it the only option. And it doesn't seem like I'm alone in my experience when trying to lodge a complaint about a particular product and basically being told so sad too bad. I'm at least on strike three, and considering discontinuing visits. Maybe the medical side's better.

The products are of high quality. The customer service is lack luster to say the least. They aren't very knowledgeable and seemed irritated when I asked 4 questions total. I asked for half gram pre-rolls and I was given .4 rolls instead. The prices were on the high end, but I went during a 15% off total, so I paid the average amount. They do open at 9am, which is very convenient.

Have some unique products that I have been looking for. First time here. Looks like a local favorite.

Just visited the Curaleaf Oxford store and I loved the experience. Staff was super friendly, the store was clean and well organized, and its easy to get to & park at if you are in the area. Plus they appear to have some of the cheapest weed in the state (my informal opinion, having visited probably 10 other dispensaries in Central Mass). Definitely a fan.

They don't always have a large selection simply because of grow stock, but some of their products are decent! Make sure to check out their website first to see what you want, because as soon as you ask to see their supply they will direct you to the nearest tablet device for you look through. And if you're looking for a specific kind of feeling like relaxing, energizing, or really high, they will help you find something good if they can.

First and last time doing business here.. purchased this cartridge today only to get home and find out it's barely three quarters full. Called the store to see what they might do about it and was told, sorry bout that. No exchanges no returns.. I hate to think this way but there are no safety seals on the packaging which tells me the cartridge very well could have been tampered with. "CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING THIS ESTABLISHMENT" !!! SHADY TO SAY THE LEAST!!!

I LOVE this dispensary!! Their flower and concentrates are the best...I hate concentrates that are run thru a bunch of chemicals,they made me very sick!! Most of the concentrates are made with ethanol only,or Co2...I just wish they'd deliver though! I'm disabled and don't drive,so it's extremely rare that I can find a ride to the actual store. My go to dispensary!!! Not only do they have a variety of strains but they also have great prices and discounts! I definitely recommend!!! Staff are super friendly as well as knowledgeable! Every time I leave with a smile, and never an issue! I do wish they’d carry a little more Indica strains with THC higher than 20%. Great prices, quality, and access to highway. Best place hands down for shake variety in the state. I've been through a few oz and it's good stuff. The trick is storing your stash in a sealed glass opaque jar with 62% two way humidity packs for ultimate freshness and burn quality.

The flower isn't always the top shelf quality you'd expect to find in dispensaries, but the price can't be beat or even matched. It's laid back inside and probably my favorite place to go as far as the environment. Would like to see some higher quality flower available, but definitely a place worth checking out

First time at curaleaf as a new patient today. 5 stars mainly for Paige’s customer service and for making me feel comfortable! The security person came to my car and assumed I wasn’t a medical patient asking me to move which was slightly upsetting only because a lot of cannabis users have illnesses that may not be immediately visible. Ordered online and drove from CT. When I got there the wait to get in was insane so I figured I would come back the next day. My wife went to grab it for me less than 24 hours later and they sold it to someone else. I don’t know if this is common dispensary practice as I haven’t experienced this before. But definitely seems they don’t care much for the customer. I do like the small vape because it is mild and helps with my nausea without any effects really. But I don’t think I’ll take the gamble, or waste the gas, and order here again.

This use to be my go to dispensary seeing I live right next door but this ended today. Some of these guards shouldn’t be working here! Very unprofessional and rude. As far as the products must say there not that great also. They always have the same products and the quality isn’t that good, there has been several occasions in which I’ve found seeds in my flower. I rather drive 20-30 min make sure I’m getting the best quality and service, then coming here to deal with rude guards, if you don’t like you job you should find a new one or maybe smoke some flower to change the mood and ways of some of these guards!

Made my first trip there today very short line security people were very polite and helpful once inside I was waited on by Michaela she was personable professional and went to great lengths to give me information and explanations on the difference between the orals.I would rate the experience as very positive and hopefully what I purchased will help my wife with her chronic pain.I noticed the prices on flower were substantially less than other places I had seen online. I would recommend Curaleaf Oxford. Very clean inside and out and covid-19 compliant I felt safe very important as I am older thanks again.

Phenomenal service. I was here today and got waited on by Paige. I went in asking for more 411 on how to bake with tinctures. So happens what I got the last time was not cutting it. I find out I should have been using c02 oil from the syringe. None the less that was great, but the best part, I could feel the professionalism, knowledge what Paige and her collogue at the time behind the counter Danny. Awesome environment and compared to others in the area I really felt like I made a good purchase.

Most of the people need more customer service training. Especially the security guards. They have cheap prices but the quality and variety is inconsistent. They frequently run out of flower or will only have 1 or 2 types. There are other dispensaries around that are better, skip this one.

Really disappointed in this place, had high hopes and was patient as much as I could have been, I'll make this short and sweet if I may, if you want weed with PM ( powdered Mildew ) they got it, most of their grow rooms are full of it. So unsanitary and such a let down. Managment also should really re evaluate how they treat people. Ruined something great. Thanks for a waste of my time, and money

I like this place I really do but there selections alot of the time is very minimal for recreational use.

The store is great. Prices are same as everyone else and the product is awesome! The location is convenient for me. The staff inside are helpful and most are knowledgeable enough to help me. I went yesterday after placing an online order. The security guard ignored me and was catering to the recreational side. I felt like a second rate customer after that. I went to walk away and then he came over. What a bad reputation one person can give your business. Good thing I don't judge you by that one person or else I'd never return!

I came to this dispensary and I enjoyed the small private room for medical patients but unfortunately the medication had seeds in it. The stain I ordered was one that Curaleaf cultivated and it had many small seeds. I removed 2 seeds grown seeds from 1 nug. When I called to make them aware of the situation and exchange the flower , i was told they can not take it back but on my next purchase I can get a discount. They stated the medication was not defective. I do not recommend coming here for your medication.

This was my goto place. Usually, weekday evenings and weekends. Took the day off from work and went Wednesday morning July 1 2020. One of the guards on duty that morning need to work on their people skills. I did complain inside. However, I don’t think it will go anywhere. There are other shops in the area. My husband and I got a live resin (pretty pricey). We get home open it to see it is leaked all over the package. We called the Oxford store and told them what happened and a very nice lady told us she was so sorry it was a defective product she would take down our name and we could bring back next day for new one. When my husband returned the very next day for the new one as well as added purchase he was greated by a rude male employee that told him he was not going to get a new one that whoever took are call was wrong and that it's not their problem and told my husband to leave when he questioned the manager

Started off great but as the door man skipped us in line for over an hour when we had a confirmed order ready. Don’t waste your time here this place isn’t worth it. They treat you like a number and don’t care how long you sit there waiting. I’d advise other places 100%

Overall decent experience. Customer service is okay. They boast about the cheapest prices, well, you get what you pay for. I purchased two slices of different flower for "adult use". One was in house, one was third party. The in house nug, although it smelled great, was super harsh and carries absolutely no flavor. Seemed like it wasn't properly flushed/grown with synthetics, the jar was also not sealed in any way. The third party nug was slightly better. Good flavor, and no harshness like the in house flower. Although it was nitrogen sealed, it was very dry. I wasn't so happy with the product.

i think this place could be better but they do not offer much product. i want to like it but i have to admit the product they sell is mediocre, flower & concentrate... hopefully i can update in future once product is improved.

The location is low-key and easy to park at, along with lower prices on flower than other nearby dispensaries. However, the quality, taste, and effects of the flower is sub-par and disappointing. After trying a few joints and eighths, nothing has impressed me enough to want to save money here.

Cheapest around by a lot. Went once, quality was pretty good. It was packaged a month prior however they just opened for rec so not surprised on that. Went there for the first time today. I am a very experienced user who has been to many dispensaries. I am very impressed! The quality of the service and products is incredible.
