Part 1. Deep Dive Review of Spylix's Android Monitoring Features

Spylix can allow you to spy on someone's Android phone secretly. While it claims to be 100% invisible and undetectable, there's still a chance of detection. Why do I say this? Understanding how it works on Android, you will clarify this.

1.1. How does Spylix work on an Android

Spylix uses an app-based connection method, meaning you need to install an app on the Android phone you wish to monitor. Then, follow the on-screen prompts to set up and access data. Once these steps are completed, you can remotely monitor the target device.

To avoid arousing suspicion from the person being monitored, the app installed on the target Android phone is disguised as another name, "System Update." If the monitored individual opens this app, they'll see pages related to system updates, reducing the likelihood of suspicion. However, if they delete this app, your monitoring journey may come to an end.

Because I've only purchased the basic pricing package, I can only evaluate the monitoring features included in that package. I won't be able to review the features exclusive to the premium package.

The monitoring feature can help you to spy on the contact list on the target Android phone, including the name and phone number.

• GPS locations

Spylix's location tracking feature is accurate and real-time. It offers two viewing modes: "List View," where you can see where the target device has been in a list format, and "Map View," which displays the monitored device's movements on a map. You can view specific locations, tracking down to street names.

• Photos & Videos

As for the photo monitoring feature, I'm not sure if there's a bug in the dashboard. I waited for a long time but didn't see any photos of the target device.

However, the video monitoring feature works fine. Spylix can remotely monitor videos on the target Android phone, and you can download these videos from Spylix's dashboard.

• Email

The email monitoring feature doesn't seem to work. I'm certain there are plenty of emails on the phone I want to monitor, but Spylix isn't showing any of them.

• Notes & Events

I can check notes and events recorded on the target phone through Spylix.

• Installed Apps

With Spylix, you can see all installed apps on the target device. However, you can only see the apps, you can't remotely block an app.

• Keyword Alerts

I've set up several sensitive keywords in Spylix's dashboard, but it seems like they're not effective.

Social media monitoring feature review:

The basic price plan can only monitor the basic data mentioned above and cannot remotely monitor social media. Considering the price, I feel like it doesn't offer good value for monitoring only basic data.

Spylix can also monitor iPhone remotely, let's take a look at its iphone monitoring feature below!

2.1. How does Spylix work on an iPhone

For the iPhone, Spylix's monitoring solution is implemented through an iCloud connection, eliminating the need to install any software on the target device. This approach is attractive to many users because it increases stealth and reduces the likelihood of detection.

However, you will need to know the iCloud account and password (some call it Apple ID and password) of the iPhone you want to spy on.

After entering your iCloud account and password in the Spylix dashboard, follow the instructions to enter a device verification code or SMS verification code. Note that these verification codes are sent to the target device, so you'll still need to access the target device to see the verification code.

2.2. Specific monitoring features of Spylix for iPhone

I also purchased just the base price package, so I can only review the monitoring features in this package as well.

In my testing, I found that Spylix's advertised monitoring features are significantly different from what's actually available. In reality, I can only access 5 monitoring features: location, photos, videos, notes, and events. However, the basic package advertised on the website includes 9 features like text messages, iMessages, calls, contacts, bookmarks, browser history, installed apps, etc., which I couldn't monitor through Spylix's dashboard.

This is my Spylix dashboard and you can clearly see that a lot of it is showing no data.

• Location

Spylix can track someone's iPhone location without them knowing. The display is the same as Android.

• Photos & Videos

You can spy on photos and videos stored in the target iPhone secretly. With Spylix, you can see every photo and video, even download them.

• Notes and Events

I can monitor all notes and events written in the target iPhone via Spylix.

All other monitoring features show no data.

Step 2. Select the device you want to monitor, please pick the "iOS" option.

Step 3. Select the price plan and pay.

Step 5. After successful payment, go to the Spylix dashboard and enter the Apple ID and password of the iPhone you want to monitor.

Step 6. Get the target device, view the device verification code, and enter it in the Spylix dashboard.

Step 7. Finish the connecting process, you can start to monitor someone's iPhone remotely.

Spylix doesn't offer live customer support. If you have any questions, you'll need to email their support team. This doesn't feel very convenient to me because sometimes it might just be a very simple question.

If there was live chat support, I could get the answer immediately, rather than having to email their support team and wait several hours or even a day for a response.
