How do I determine if I’m eligible?

You can confirm your eligibility through your health insurance provider by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your health insurance card or by logging into your FitOn Health account. If you are eligible, you will receive credits that can be applied towards Crunch. For specific inquiries about your credits, please contact your health insurance provider.

Why is this program not offered at every Crunch location?

Location coverage is determined directly by the Medicare program. For comprehensive information about the partnership details and location selection process, we recommend reaching out to your health insurance provider directly. FitOn Health members have access to Crunch Fitness or Crunch Select locations.

Can I access multiple locations with FitOn Health? Or just one location?

Your PEAK Silver Crunch membership provides you access to all Crunch Fitness locations nationwide.

How do the credits work?

Depending on your health insurance plan, your provider allocates a certain amount of FitOn Health credits to your account each month. You can then allocate these credits to Crunch on the FitOn Health website. You have the option to allocate them monthly or set them to auto-allocate each month to Crunch. Once these credits are allocated to Crunch, you will receive a FitOn Health confirmation ID, which you can present at the front desk to complete your Crunch membership.

How do I know how many credits I have?

You can easily verify your credit balance through your FitOn Health account on the FitOn Health website. For additional questions about your credits, please don't hesitate to contact FitOn Health.

What is the monetary value that I need to allocate towards utilizing Crunch? Is it location-specific?

FitOn Health credits may vary depending on the Crunch location. You can find additional details on the FitOn Health website.

If I don't use Crunch in a month, will I be reimbursed?

Please contact FitOn Health for more details regarding unused credits.

Can I switch what locations I can access/use?

Your membership encompasses access to most Crunch locations nationwide, and it covers locations with membership costs equal to or less than your membership. To confirm which locations you can access, please contact FitOn Health and/or your health insurance provider to determine your access level.

What happens to my Crunch membership if I don't use it or apply credits for a few months? Does the membership cancel?

If you choose not to allocate your credits either automatically or manually each month, your membership will automatically cancel. However, you can re-enroll at any time as long as you remain eligible.

How do I enroll?

To enroll, you should first confirm your eligibility through your health insurance provider or via FitOn Health by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your health insurance card or by logging into your FitOn Health account. If you are eligible, you will receive credits that can be applied towards Crunch. To initiate your membership, bring your 10-digit ID number and your photo ID to Crunch, and our Crunch Team Member will assist you.

Do I pay anything to begin my membership?

Enrolling in a Crunch membership through FitOn Health does not incur any additional fees. Services such as personal training or other personalized offerings are separate costs from your PEAK membership provided by your insurance provider. Crucially, Crunch will never automatically switch your membership to a dues-paying plan without your consent if your eligibility with FitOn Health ends.

Can I register for a day pass through FitOn Health to access Crunch Fitness?

FitOn Health users can book a Day Pass reservation for Crunch Fitness directly through FitOn Health. Once booked, the respective gym will receive an email notification from FitOn Health.

Do I have to visit Crunch a specific number of times for my membership cost to be covered?

There is no obligation to visit Crunch a specific number of times to maintain your active membership. However, we encourage you to visit the club as often as you like!

Is a card on file required?

A credit or debit card is not required to be on file for a Crunch membership through FitOn Health. While there is no additional cost for activating your membership at Crunch, having a card on file offers several conveniences, including easy access to fee-based programming and services, as well as seamless transactions for in-club purchases at our Crunch shop.

Can I bring a guest with me with my membership?

Your PEAK Silver membership does not include guest privileges. However, you have the option to upgrade your membership to PEAK Results Silver by consulting a Crunch Team Member and paying a very nominal upgrade fee, which grants you access to our guest privileges.

Where can I sign up? Why can’t I join online?

Enrollment for the FitOn Health program is exclusively available in-club. Our Crunch Team Members are available to assist you in initiating your membership with your 10-digit confirmation code. Additionally, our team can help you set up our Crunch Digital app to enhance your Crunch experience.

If I want to access services like HIITZone, HydroMassage® and Tanning, do I need to upgrade my membership?

Our HIITZone, HydroMassage®, and Tanning services are highly sought after at Crunch. FitOn Health members have the option to upgrade to PEAK Results Silver with the guidance of a Crunch Team Member at their local club, rates may vary by location.
