The Opportunity: As part of a rural health system, you will have the unique opportunity to work on procedures no matter the specialty, allowing you to round out your skills and expand your breadth of experience. Your general anesthesia practice may include cases in OB/GYN, Ortho, ENT, Vascular, Podiatry, General Surgery, Plastics, Healthy Peds, etc. Compensation: Shift rate is $1618/shift, $860/call shift. $40k sign-on bonus. Schedule: 5 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation. Minimum of 152 OR shifts per year, minimum of 45 call shifts. Each shift after 152 and call shifts after 45 is compensated additionally.
