Crazy Taxi M-12 Instructions
Try to clear the course as fast as you can! Use the arrow keys to drive the crazy taxi down the course. Use the up and down arrow keys to speed up or slow down and switch lanes with the left and right arrow keys. Use the spacebar to jump over obstacles. Score points by crashing into the cars with the correct number on them.
Each course will give you a number that determines which cars to hit. You can only score when you crash into a car that is a multiple of the given number. In the first course, you’re looking for multiples of 2, so you’ll have to keep your eyes open for any number divisible by 2. Each course looks for multiples of different numbers, so you’ll want to study up on your times tables!

Brush up on the basics. This game’s all about the multiples! If you want to do well and score big, you’ll have to know your times tables. Before starting up the game, take some time to review your multiplication skills. Being able to do quick math in your head will come in handy!
Use multiplication tricks. There are some tricks you can use to easily pick out the multiples of certain numbers. For example, multiples of 2 will always end in an even number (0, 2, 4, 6, 8 and so on). Multiples of 10 will always end in a 0, and multiples of 5 will always end in either a 5 or a 0. Keep note of these tricks as you drive down the track.
Look to the horizon. You’ll be able to see what obstacles are approaching with plenty of time to switch lanes or prepare a jump. When you see cars approaching from a distance, take note of the numbers first before deciding where to go. As long as they’re a multiple, you’ll score points, but watch out for cars that don’t fit the equation! Getting trapped by a car or obstacle will cost you precious time.
Bonus tracks. As you play, you’ll be able to take a shot at the bonus rounds in between courses! These tracks are different in that there are no multiples to look out for, just regular cars and obstacles, which you’ll have to jump over in order to keep driving. If you crash, the bonus round ends.
